According to the Hangzhou Public Security Bureau, netizen Xu (female, 29 years old, alias "Thurman Cat Cup") and her colleague Xue (male, 30 years old) jointly planned and fabricated the script for the "found homework book of primary school student Qin Lang" video series.
After purchasing homework assignments online, they were filmed using a cellphone and the related videos were spread across multiple online platforms, resulting in a negative impact. Administrative penalties have been imposed on the company involved.
Currently, all accounts on the "Thurman Cat Cup" platforms have been suspended.
