On April 15, Lei Jun, founder of Xiaomi, shared on social media his experience of being invited to watch a CBA playoff game featuring the Beijing Beikong team.
In his post, Lei expressed his excitement about attending a basketball game live for the first time: "I was invited to watch the CBA game today, and it was incredibly thrilling. It’s truly a different feeling to watch the game live."
The video included in the post shows Yao Ming, the president of the Chinese Basketball Association, visiting Xiaomi Tech Park and exploring significant facilities like Xiaomi's lab.
In a photo op with Yao Ming, who stands at 7 feet 5 inches, the 5 feet 11 inches tall Lei Jun appeared to be just "5 feet tall", creating a humorous contrast that captured the attention of netizens.
It's worth noting that Lei Jun had recently clarified his height again during the launch event for the Xiaomi SU7, insisting that he is 181 cm tall.
