Particularly, the development of new IT technologies such as the Internet of Things, edge computing, cloud computing, 5G, and artificial intelligence is crucial in elevating productivity to higher levels. Enhancing quality through intelligence entails leveraging innovative technologies to empower traditional industries, especially manufacturing, in improving quality, efficiency, and transformation. Accelerating the deep integration of new IT with Chinese manufacturing, exploring new scenarios and applications of "AI+", and promoting the intelligent and green transformation of Chinese manufacturing through "digital-physical integration" will generate new efficiency dividends, innovation dividends, and low-carbon dividends, propelling Chinese manufacturing towards the high end of the global industrial chain, value chain, and innovation chain.

Artificial intelligence has become a vital engine for developing new quality productivity. "We believe that current large public models have limitations in energy consumption, privacy protection, and other aspects. To further popularize artificial intelligence, the future trend in the industry will be the coexistence and sharing of large public models, enterprise models, and personal models. The development of enterprise intelligence entities and personal intelligence entities based on enterprise and personal large models represents the next step in AI model development. In the future, personal and enterprise large models will coexist and complement large public models through the integration of personal intelligence entities and enterprise intelligence entities, forming hybrid artificial intelligence.
