Xunlei's Chairman and CEO, Mr. Lei Junbo, commented, "We concluded 2023 with a robust fourth quarter performance, surpassing our previous revenue guidance and achieving profitability for the third consecutive year. It is gratifying to note that by the end of 2023, our membership base reached nearly 6 million, marking a significant milestone. Furthermore, fourth-quarter membership revenue saw a year-over-year increase of 26.8%. These achievements are not only attributed to our consistent delivery of high-quality services to meet the growing demands of our users but also to the relentless efforts of our employees."

In the cloud computing business segment, Q4 revenue decreased by 4.4% year-over-year to $30.5 million, mainly due to reduced income from some major clients. However, annual revenue reached $123.4 million, up by 3.2% year-over-year. Revenue from live streaming and other internet value-added services declined by 62.5% in Q4, amounting to $15 million, as a result of the proactive reduction in domestic voice live broadcasting business. Annual revenue in this segment totaled $122.2 million, down by 0.2% compared to the previous year.
