XPeng Motors Announces Official Entry into Hong Kong and Macau Markets: Deliveries Expected to Begin in the Third Quarter

On April 10th, XPeng Motors announced its official entry into the Hong Kong market and established a partnership with an automotive group, authorizing Sime Darby Motors Group as its official distributor for the Hong Kong market.

XPeng Motors stated that its models, the XPeng G6 and XPeng X9, will debut in mid-May in Hong Kong, with deliveries planned to commence in the third quarter of this year.

Simultaneously, they will establish an XPeng Motors flagship store in Hong Kong, providing new car sales and after-sales services.

Additionally, XPeng Motors announced its plans for the Macau market. They will collaborate with the Macau Xin Kang Heng Group to bring models such as the XPeng G9, X9, G6, and P7i to consumers in Macau.

Left-hand drive models are expected to begin deliveries in May this year.

According to official data from XPeng Motors, they delivered a total of 9,026 new vehicles in March, a 29% year-on-year increase, and a staggering 99% increase compared to February.

In the first quarter of this year, XPeng Motors accumulated deliveries of 21,821 new vehicles, a 20% year-on-year increase.

Furthermore, XPeng Motors will officially launch a brand-new sub-brand in April, with the first model positioned as a pure electric sedan in the 150,000 RMB price range.
