On April 17th, Xiaomi Automotive officials issued a reminder: Please refrain from attempting to replace or repair sensors and peripheral components yourself. In the event of any malfunction or damage, kindly contact Xiaomi's after-sales support promptly.
It is understood that the standard version of Xiaomi SU7 is equipped with cameras, millimeter-wave radar, and ultrasonic radar sensors. The SU7 Pro and Max versions additionally feature LiDAR sensors.
All sensors undergo calibration and adjustment before leaving the factory. Upon delivery to the user, they are ready for immediate use, and under normal circumstances, periodic recalibration and adjustment are not necessary.
However, in the event of collision damage to the vehicle's sensors or their mounting positions, or if any sensor malfunction prompts an alert, a visit to the repair center for inspection and recalibration is required.
It's understood that Xiaomi has independently developed smart driving technology, with laser radar, millimeter-wave radar, ultrasonic radar, and high-definition cameras serving as the eyes of intelligent driving. When combined with intelligent algorithms and data applications, it truly achieves smarter and safer full-scenario functionality.
