Previously, a blogger stated that the least worrying aspect of buying a Xiaomi car is the quality issue because Xiaomi resolves issues online very easily.
In response, Lei Jun retweeted the above Weibo post, stating, "Indeed, we are under considerable pressure, and everyone is scrutinizing the issues under a magnifying glass."
During Xiaomi's car launch event on March 28, Lei Jun preemptively stated, "If you feel we are not doing well, please tell us directly. We will listen carefully and improve quickly. I earnestly request everyone here, if there is any criticism, please leave some room for it."
Lei Jun expressed that the current public opinion environment is not ideal, especially with Xiaomi under intense scrutiny. Even minor issues are magnified countless times, hence he feels immense pressure, hoping everyone can understand.
