Currently, the transfer of Xiaomi SU7 owner accounts (i.e., vehicle control management) is temporarily unavailable. Owners can only share the right to use their beloved cars with family or friends through authorized usage permissions.
Xiaomi Motors stated that in the future, they will provide account unbinding, binding, and changes services for owners through various means such as the Xiaomi Motors app, a 400 hotline, and exclusive service steward groups.
Specifically, starting in early May, Xiaomi Motors will first begin accepting related owner account services through the 400 hotline and exclusive service steward groups.
At that time, Xiaomi SU7 owners only need to follow the instructions of customer service, provide relevant information, and complete the transfer of vehicle control management rights.
