On May 23rd, according to domestic media reports, with the continuous surge in Xiaomi SU7 orders, the new car delivery target for the full year of 2024 will strive for 120,000 units; previously, Xiaomi had disclosed a delivery target of over 100,000 units for the SU7.

Xiaomi Group's first-quarter financial report shows that as of April 30, 2024, the cumulative order volume of the Xiaomi SU7 series has reached 88,063 units.

As of May 15, the cumulative delivery of new cars in the Xiaomi SU7 series has reached 10,000 units, with Xiaomi Group aiming to achieve a monthly delivery volume of over 10,000 units for the Xiaomi SU7 in June this year.

Xiaomi's car division previously stated that the popularity of the Xiaomi SU7 far exceeded expectations, with the original annual production target (less than 80,000 units) already sold out. However, after intense capacity ramp-up, Xiaomi has raised this year's delivery target to 100,000 units.

Now, with Xiaomi's car factory continuously expanding production capacity, Xiaomi's car division is once again aiming for a delivery target of 120,000 units; for domestic new energy vehicle brands, the Xiaomi SU7 is truly a phenomenon in terms of hot sales.

Lei Jun once stated at an investor conference: Behind the initial success of the Xiaomi SU7 lies the proof that pure electric sedans represent a large market.

"In the past, the pure electric sedan market was considered niche simply because no one had succeeded in it. In the traditional automotive industry, the demand for SUVs and sedans is 1:1, but in the pure electric field, sedans are definitely the mainstream demand." s_b7b3f364c99a417cbf1a2b0a4cb31988.png
