On April 12th, Weibo CEO Wang Gaofei shared on his personal Weibo account that several of his female colleagues are interested in the Xiaomi SU7, partly due to Lei Jun's reputable image.

During recent meetings, Wang mentioned that his female colleagues highlighted three main reasons for their interest in the SU7:

  1. Lei Jun's positive image and fidelity;
  2. Xiaomi’s strong brand and low long-term business risks;
  3. The SU7's attractive design and sun protection features. Lei Jun stated that nearly 30% of Xiaomi SU7 buyers are women, and many of the orders are placed by husbands, boyfriends, or brothers for their wives, girlfriends, sisters, or female relatives. Therefore, Lei Jun expects that female owners of the SU7 may reach 40%, or even 50%. s_33ea31649c7f4b5b909dd3008aaf3fe5.jpg
