On April 17th, Xiaomi Automotive released the latest edition of SU7 Q&A for netizens, addressing concerns about valet parking for the standard version of SU7 and whether users can adjust the volume of engine sound.

Xiaomi stated that all versions of Xiaomi SU7 support the AVP function for valet parking assistance.

At present, users of the Xiaomi SU7 Max model version can already use the valet parking function, while users of the Xiaomi SU7 Pro model version can use it after the vehicle is delivered. s_6b4226106afd4cc6a27f01397673669d.jpg Users of the standard version of Xiaomi SU7 will need to wait for subsequent OTA updates to roll out this feature. For specific rollout times, it's recommended to keep an eye on official notifications from Xiaomi Automotive.

Currently, Xiaomi Intelligent Parking does not support remote summoning of vehicles to specific locations within parking lots.

It's understood that the Valet Parking feature of Xiaomi SU7 supports creating parking routes of up to 2km, spanning multiple levels of underground parking lots.

Based on previous tests, this feature can even recognize speed bumps in parking garages and, under favorable conditions, won't engage the brakes.

If encountering obstructed paths, the vehicle will slow down or stop to wait. It also navigates around pedestrians and obstructing vehicles, behaving like a seasoned driver.

Upon reaching the target parking spot, if it's occupied, the Xiaomi SU7 can autonomously select an adjacent empty space, making it suitable for novice drivers or users who prefer not to park manually.
