Pulsestacks reported on May 25th that Xiaomi recently launched a new product on its overseas official website - a small solar panel. It can be used with two upcoming outdoor cameras, BW300 and BW500, with the price yet to be announced.
The pulsestacks solar panel features monocrystalline silicon material with a maximum output power of 5W. It comes with a 3-meter connecting cable and can be linked to outdoor cameras via USB-C. This product is equipped with IP66 waterproof performance, suitable for operation in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 55°C. Additionally, the connecting cable is waterproof to prevent liquid infiltration during charging, reducing the risk of electric leakage.
Its dimensions are 218/178/16mm, and it comes with accessories such as mounting brackets, positioning stickers, and screws. Currently, the official launch plans and pricing information for the BW300 and BW500 outdoor cameras with this solar panel have not been announced. It is expected that the official release date is not too far away.
