Now, as time goes on, news about Xiaomi's new generation foldable screen phone is starting to emerge.
Digital blogger @Digital Chat Station recently mentioned in a leak: "The Snapdragon 8G3 foldable is mainly super light and super thin, the thickness may set a record, the imaging is also very strong, but this time the high-density battery is not considered large compared to competitors~"
The leak did not mention the specific model information of the new device, but speculation suggests it could be the all-new Xiaomi MIX Fold 4.
According to the leak, the Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 is expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 processor, emphasizing a slim design, with a possible record-breaking thinness. Additionally, the camera performance of the new device is also highly anticipated.
Furthermore, a previous leak by the blogger also revealed some of the configuration details of the Xiaomi MIX Fold 4.
The blogger mentioned that the battery capacity of Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 starts with "5," it supports wireless charging, and the screen resolution has been improved.
In terms of imaging, both the inner and outer screens of Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 feature the OV16F front camera, while the rear cameras include a 50-megapixel OV50E main camera, OV13B ultra-wide-angle lens, OV60A 2x telephoto lens, and S5K3K1 5x periscope telephoto lens.
As a reference, the previous Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 offered three color options: Moonlight Black, Starshine Gold, and Dragon Scale Fiber. The Moonlight Black and Starshine Gold variants have an unfolded thickness of 5.26mm, a folded thickness of 10.96mm, and weigh 259g; while the Dragon Scale Fiber version has an unfolded thickness of 5.26mm, a folded thickness of 10.86mm, and weighs 255g.
In terms of the display, the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 is equipped with an 8.03-inch 2160×1916 internal screen and a 6.56-inch 2520×1080 external screen, featuring a 1300nit overall brightness, 2600nit peak brightness, and supporting a 120Hz high refresh rate.
In terms of performance, the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 is equipped with the second-generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, combined with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 flash storage.
For imaging, the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 features a rear camera setup including a 50MP IMX800 Leica main camera (equivalent to 23mm focal length), a 10MP Leica telephoto lens (equivalent to 75mm focal length), a 10MP Leica periscope telephoto lens (equivalent to 115mm focal length), and a 12MP Leica ultra-wide-angle lens (equivalent to 15mm focal length).

In terms of specifications, this new device will feature a 1.5K high refresh rate eye-protecting foldable display, a front 32 million pixel OV32B lens, and a rear 50MP 1/1.55" + OV60A 2X Telephoto lens. It supports at least 60W fast charging, and the built-in battery is relatively large in the compact foldable phone segment.
In terms of design, this new device is equipped with a large external secondary screen, and the rear camera module on the external screen adopts a punch-hole design. Overall, it is positioned as a versatile and lightweight device.
Combining the leaked information, it is highly likely that it refers to the Xiaomi MIX Flip.
