Xiaomi Cars: Xiaomi SU7 locks in 88,063 orders, with over half of them from Apple users

On May 1st, Xiaomi Cars became the first car manufacturer to announce last month's sales performance. The official statement revealed that since the first delivery on April 3rd, 7,058 units were delivered in April.

As of midnight on April 30th, Xiaomi SU7 had locked in 88,063 orders. Among them, 28% were purchased by women, 29% by BBA car owners, and 52.5% by Apple users. Xiaomi Cars also mentioned that they are actively expanding production capacity, accelerating deliveries, and ensuring the target of delivering 100,000 units this year is met.

Notably, on April 25th, Lei Jun announced that as of April 24th, Xiaomi SU7 had already locked in 75,723 orders and delivered 5,781 units. In just 6 days, the order volume increased by over 12,000 units, with deliveries up by 1,277 units, showing rapid growth.

Xiaomi SU7 was launched on the evening of March 28th, just over a month ago. On the night of its launch, it quickly received over 50,000 orders within 27 minutes.

During the first delivery ceremony of Xiaomi SU7 on April 3rd, Lei Jun announced that within a few days of the SU7 launch, over 100,000 people had placed orders, with over 40,000 orders locked in. At the conference on the 25th, Lei Jun admitted that the demand for Xiaomi SU7 was so high that this year's production capacity had already been sold out.
