Xiaomi Car explained that, based on the defined usage scenarios for the Xiaomi SU7 vehicles, they have not specifically developed compatibility for Bluetooth mouse or keyboard input with WPS.
If needed for use on the infotainment screen, users can download WPS from the car's app store for touchscreen browsing and basic editing.
Additionally, Xiaomi Car mentioned that the Xiaomi SU7's simulated sports sound requires matching with 25 speakers.
Only the Max version comes with 25 speakers as standard; the Standard and Pro versions can experience the sports sound simulation after opting for the 25 speakers.
Regarding the issue of "Remote View" being grayed out on the infotainment system and unable to be accessed at times:
This occurs because to view footage captured in Sentry Mode remotely, Sentry Mode must be activated and running properly.
It is also necessary to ensure no occupants are in the vehicle and that the vehicle is locked to activate Sentry Mode for remote viewing; otherwise, remote viewing is not possible.
Furthermore, if the Power Mode for Parking is enabled, Sentry Mode cannot be activated.
