On March 30th, Xiaomi's SU7 has recently been launched, with even Great Wall's Chairman Wei Jianjun personally attending the event and stating that Lei Jun's product launch event lived up to its reputation. So, can others learn something from it?

In a recent live stream, Zhou Xin, Deputy General Manager of SAIC-GM Wuling Brand Division, and Zhao Changjiang, General Manager of Techrules Sales Division, had a meeting.

Zhao Changjiang mentioned that the new Techrules N7 will be launched and released on April 1st. Therefore, he sought advice on what to say at the launch event. Zhou Xin suggested learning from Lei Jun and provided his own summary formula, which could be quite useful.

Firstly, start by acknowledging any shortcomings; secondly, emphasize one's efforts; thirdly, discuss technical investment; fourthly, assess the product's appeal; fifthly, compare with competitors in terms of features and pricing, and ask for audience feedback on pricing; finally, reveal the price and ask for feedback on its appeal.

Interestingly, Zhao Changjiang took these points very seriously, jotting them down with a pen and even showing them to the camera. It can be said that he is very eager to learn and apply the knowledge practically. He even added a humorous touch by saying, "If the sales go well, I will live stream myself jumping into a river and let everyone vote on which river to jump into." 93f23120-1608-4c0a-8111-4dd582e4ba31.jpg Supplementary Information: Zhou Xin joined SAIC-GM-Wuling in 2011, became the Marketing Center Director in 2019, and rose to Deputy General Manager of Sales at SAIC-GM-Wuling thanks to the success of the Hong Guang MINIEV. In 2022, he joined Xiaomi's automotive venture as head of marketing, reporting directly to Lei Jun. However, after 7 months, he resigned and returned to his previous role at Wuling Motors. abbfb737-773e-416b-8e0b-c6eade60c38c.png
