Win11+ Snapdragon X Elite! Microsoft's New Surface Products Outperform Apple's M3

On April 9th, according to reports, Microsoft is set to unveil its new Windows 11 devices on May 20th, including the Surface Pro 10 and Surface Laptop 6.

These two devices will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processor. According to internal Microsoft documents, Microsoft is highly confident in the Qualcomm chip, believing it outperforms the M3 MacBook Air.

Geekbench scores show that the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite has a multi-core performance of 15,300 points, while the Apple M3 scores 12,154 points, making the former 21% faster than the latter.

In comparison with Intel, in single-threaded performance, the Snapdragon X Elite is 54% faster than the Core i7-155H at the same power consumption, or 65% lower power consumption at the same performance; in multi-threaded performance, the Snapdragon X Elite is 52% stronger than the Core i7-155H at the same power consumption, or 60% lower power consumption at the same performance.

In terms of specifications, the Snapdragon X Elite adopts a 4nm process technology, its Oryon CPU boasts 12 high-performance cores clocked at 3.8GHz, and supports dual-core enhancement, with a maximum frequency of up to 4.3GHz.
