On April 30th, it was reported by the media that the Shenzhou-17 manned spacecraft is expected to land at the Dongfeng landing site this afternoon.

Currently, the Shenzhou-17 manned spacecraft's orbital module has successfully separated from the return module, with astronauts Tang Hongbo, Tang Shengjie, and Jiang Xinlin embarking on their journey back home.

It is understood that at 11:14 on October 26, 2023 Beijing time, the Long March 2F Y17 carrier rocket carrying the Shenzhou-17 manned spacecraft ignited and launched at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center.

During their 6-month "business trip" in space, the Shenzhou-17 astronauts conducted multiple extravehicular activities.

Notably, Chinese astronaut Tang Hongbo, the first to return to the space station, took another spacewalk after two years, while astronaut Tang Shengjie became the youngest astronaut in China to perform extravehicular tasks.

Furthermore, the Shenzhou-17 astronaut crew also carried out a large number of space science experiments involving microgravity fundamental physics, space materials science, space life science, aerospace medicine, aerospace technology, etc., and completed various tasks such as installation, debugging, maintenance, and repair of equipment inside and outside the module. s_8f082b65450d4b84aae3b2415d49c7b8.jpg
