Without safety, there can be no talk of intelligent driving. Therefore, we need to conduct sufficient safety verification, prioritize safety, and not treat users as guinea pigs for experiments. Safety is paramount." Wu Huixiao, Vice President of Intelligentization, and Jiang Haipeng, Senior Director of Intelligent Driving at Great Wall Motors, participated in the live event and answered questions from netizens in real time, discussing the convenience brought by intelligent driving technology. ?url=http%3A%2F%2Fcms-bucket.ws.126.net%2F2024%2F0415%2Fa6ce4e19j00sbz94s0021c000sg00g0c.jpg&thumbnail=660x2147483647&quality=80&type=jpg During the challenge, Great Wall Motors accurately identified various traffic lights, and its NOA technology ensured vehicles smoothly traversed various intersections. When encountering intersections without traffic signals or stop signs, Great Wall Motors' Full-Scene NOA anticipates and changes lanes to left/right turn lanes based on actual conditions. It can recognize traffic situations up to 150 meters ahead, with a turn success rate exceeding 95% in both standard and special intersections, ensuring safe passage in mixed traffic environments.

Great Wall Motors' Full-Scene NOA excels in obstacle recognition and avoidance, swiftly identifying static and dynamic obstacles, evading vehicles and pedestrians, and flexibly adjusting driving routes based on real-time traffic conditions. It smoothly navigates turns, enhancing driving safety.

Notably, supported by Great Wall Motors' SEE integrated intelligent driving model, efficient and safe lane changes are achieved both on highway entrances/exits and congested urban roads. It demonstrates excellent lane changing and lane management capabilities, with over 95% success rate in standard intersections and right-turn lanes, and over 90% success rate in special intersections, ensuring stable vehicle operation even on road sections without lane markings.

Test data reveals that over a distance of 11.5 kilometers in complex road conditions, the system achieved a 100% pass rate in sections with no lane markings or blurred lane markings. It swiftly recognized different types of traffic lights, completed left turns successfully, and demonstrated outstanding intersection turning and signal recognition capabilities. In live tests under complex conditions, it successfully avoided/passed pedestrians 7 times, vehicles 12 times, and general obstacles 4 times, showcasing high success rates in obstacle avoidance/passing.

Today, Great Wall Motors showcased the excellent performance of its Full-Scene NOA in complex road conditions through a special live broadcast. This event not only demonstrated Great Wall Motors' leading technology in intelligent driving but also conveyed its steadfast pursuit of safety, quality, and technological innovation. It is hoped that Great Wall Motors will continue to improve and enhance its smart driving capabilities, providing users with greater convenience in the future.
