On April 23rd, vivo's CEO, Jia Jingdong, announced the official launch of the new imaging technology, vivo BlueImage.
Jia Jingdong stated that BlueImage, along with vivo's Blue Crystal chip stack, Blue Heart large model, Blue Ocean endurance system, and Blue River operating system, together form vivo's Blue Technology matrix.
The term "BlueImage" carries a dual meaning, representing both vivo's imaging technology and a metaphorical concept of "seeing beyond what the eyes can see, envisioning the future." "BlueImage" encapsulates vivo's ambition and aspiration to set a great "blueprint" for the future of mobile imaging.
Jia Jingdong also mentioned that Blueprint Imaging will provide a more detailed introduction at the vivo X series new product launch event.
Without a doubt, this new product is the upcoming vivo X100 Ultra, the first Ultra flagship in the vivo X series.
It is reported that the vivo X100 Ultra will feature a triple rear camera setup, including a 200-megapixel periscope ultra-telephoto lens equipped with a Zeiss APO telephoto lens, supporting up to 200x digital zoom.
Additionally, the X100 Ultra's main rear camera will be upgraded to the Sony LYT900, featuring a complete 1-inch large sensor with 50 million pixels and a single pixel size of 1.6μm.
In terms of core specifications, the vivo X100 Ultra will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 mobile platform, featuring a Samsung 2K E7 centered punch-hole AMOLED curved screen and a large-capacity Blue Ocean battery with a capacity exceeding 5000mAh.
