On March 21, a video titled "Battery Rotated but Fan Didn't" went viral online.

The video showed a simple series circuit consisting of a battery, switch, and fan. However, surprisingly, when the switch was turned on, the fan didn't spin; instead, the battery itself began to rotate.

This astonishing scenario left many viewers baffled. Some even joked, "Battery: Why should I charge others when I can spin myself?" and "Physics has broken down."

Now, the video's creator has revealed the truth: the "battery" was not a real battery at all but rather a motor disguised to resemble one.

The actual power source was hidden beneath the tablecloth, supplying power to the "battery" through two wires.

As for the fan, it was merely decorative, while the switch was the actual component connecting the battery-shaped motor to the real battery.

The video's creator also added, "It's the same to put batteries inside the small motor under the fan, but I took a simpler approach." s_88ebd29d5c59437fa407bd243dc540f0.png
