On March 11th, Jike, through official monitoring channels, detected that someone using the misleading "Jike Editorial Team @ Tuó" account had disseminated false and harmful video content on social media platforms.
Jike promptly lodged complaints and pursued appropriate actions through relevant channels. As of now, the objectionable video has been removed.
We hereby solemnly declare that this behavior is neither endorsed nor sanctioned by Jike. The account in question, by impersonating the Jike brand, engaged in illegal and infringing activities, causing serious damage to the Jike brand. Jike reserves the right to take all necessary legal actions to hold the infringer accountable.
Jike has always advocated for active, equitable, civilized, and rational communication within the framework of relevant laws and ethical norms on online platforms.

However, a TikTok user named "极氪编辑部@ 拓" (now renamed to "一个不懂事的网民") downloaded others' delivery videos, added sad music to them, and reposted them, causing a stir and sparking a lot of backlash.
Due to the inclusion of "Jike" in their nickname and the majority of their posted videos being related to Jike, many people mistakenly believe that they are an official representative of Jike. This misunderstanding prompted a swift response from the Jike team to clarify the situation.
It's worth noting that Li Xiang, CEO of Xiaopeng Motors, also stated today that the smearing of MEGA involves "organized illegal activities" and they will take legal measures to protect their rights.
