March 11th news, ViewSonic has introduced its latest 24-inch esports monitor - the VX2479-HD-PRO, priced at 599 CNY.
The VX2479-HD-PRO features a three-sided narrow bezel design, offering a high screen-to-body ratio. Its stand adopts a V-shaped space gray full metal base design, with the back panel featuring pre-installed 100 x 100 standard VESA mounting holes.
The new monitor features a 23.8-inch Fast IPS panel with native 8-bit color depth, offering a viewing angle of 178 degrees (both horizontally and vertically). It boasts a Full HD resolution of 1920×1080, a refresh rate of 165Hz, and a response time as low as 1ms (MPRT), or 2ms per GtG standards.
In terms of color display, it supports HDR10 with an sRGB color gamut of 97%. Users can also activate the Black Stabilizer function in the OSD menu, which optimizes the contrast of dark and light details, eliminating any blind spots in the picture.
Additionally, this monitor supports Adaptive Sync technology, compatible with both AMD and NVIDIA graphics cards, reducing latency and minimizing stuttering and tearing. With DC dimming and blue light filtering, it effectively reduces screen flickering and maintains clear, smooth visuals, providing users with a more comfortable entertainment and viewing experience.
For connectivity, it offers two HDMI 1.4 ports and one DP 1.2 port, and comes with a standard 1.5-meter HDMI cable.
