On May 11th, the final of the Intel AI Innovation Application Contest and Awards Ceremony was held in Beijing. These works are innovative, practical, and ready for implementation, covering a wide range of fields including the internet, education, healthcare, agriculture, architecture, law, retail, culture and tourism, industry, energy, gaming, film and television, advertising, and more. In this competition, participants are flexibly utilizing the CPU, GPU, and NPU AI engines on AI PCs equipped with the Intel Core Ultra processor for different application development scenarios. They are also making use of rich open-source software frameworks and optimization toolchains such as OpenVINO and IPEX-LLM to quickly optimize and deploy AI, developing innovative applications that can be implemented effectively.

This initiative aims to connect independent hardware and software vendors with Intel resources. In March 2024, Intel introduced two new measures under this program, including the "AI PC Developer Program," welcoming independent hardware vendors (IHVs) to participate.
