AMD's Ecosystem Partners Showcase AI PC Advancements

AMD recently hosted its AI PC Innovation Summit, bringing together over 100 ecosystem partners, including software, hardware, and platform companies. The event highlighted AMD's progress in fostering the AI PC ecosystem in China and delivering cutting-edge AI computing to consumers.

"We're driving innovation beyond silicon to enable a broad set of new AI-infused experiences, including an open, end-to-end software ecosystem empowering our ISV partners to tap into thousands of AI models," said Jack Huynh, AMD SVP and GM, Computing and Graphics. "We're on track to drive 150+ ISVs developing for Ryzen AI by the end of 2024, including many of China's leading software providers."

Chinese ISV ecosystem partners joining AMD on stage included Shizhi AI, Baichuan Intelligence, Youdao, Gamejia, and Born2BeNum, while 30+ additional ISV partners showcased their innovative AI experiences powered by AMD AI PCs. AMD also featured end-to-end Chinese Large Language Models (LLMs) from partners such as Tongyi Qianwen, Zhipu AI, Wuwen Xinqiong, Yuanshi Intelligence, and Mianbi Intelligence.

Exciting AI PC Demos Powered by AMD Processors:

Over 20 global and Chinese open-source LLMs running on-device, ranging from 2 billion to 720 billion parameters.
Game AI training and AI gameplay highlight capture applications from Gamejia, the first powered by NPU.
Novel AI content creation experiences, including AIGC applications featuring image, video, 3D, and music generation capabilities, driven by LLMs.
Enterprise enablement across education, healthcare, industrial design, AI code generation, and more.
New AI-enhanced video conferencing applications that improve collaboration.
