The latest report from TrendForce indicates that due to chip upgrades and enhancements like dual-layer AMOLED panels, the new iPad Pro will see a $200 price increase compared to the previous generation. Additionally, the simultaneous release of a 13-inch iPad Air may lead to market fragmentation and potentially dampen demand. As a result, TrendForce estimates that the combined shipment volume of the 11-inch and 13-inch AMOLED iPad Pro models in 2024 will be only 4.5-5 million units.
