On March 12th, it was reported by the media that there are two new pieces of equity freezing information for Human Horizons (Jiangsu) Technology Co., Ltd., both of which involve Human Horizons (Jiangsu) Power Battery Systems Co., Ltd.
It's reported that the amounts of frozen equity this time are approximately 6.234 million RMB and 1.349 million RMB respectively, with the executing courts being the People's Courts of Dafeng District, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, and the People's Court of Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone. The freeze period for both is three years.
Previously, Gaohe (Qingdao) Automobile Sales Service Co., Ltd. was listed as the respondent by the Qingdao Intermediate People's Court on February 20, with an execution target of over 14.78 million RMB.
Gaohe Automobile, established in April 2021 with a registered capital of 2 billion RMB, is headed by Ding Lei, the legal representative and chairman as well as CEO. It is fully owned by Gaohe Automobile's affiliate, Human Horizons Investment Co., Ltd.

According to previous reports, Gaohe Automobile announced a six-month halt in production on the first day of work after the Chinese New Year.
Subsequently, Gaohe Automobile released a "Recent Service Operation Assurance Notice" on its community app, stating, "During this difficult period, we will prioritize ensuring user service operations, vehicle after-sales maintenance, and other work to the highest extent possible."
