News on April 8th reveals that the Huawei P70 series is set to hit the market this month, with third-party protective cases already in mass production.

From these protective cases, it is evident that the Huawei P70 series features a triangular camera deco design, with the main difference between the standard and Pro versions lying in the frame. The P70 standard version adopts a design with right-angled edges, while the P70 Pro opts for a curved frame design. s_c53c6a345f66464088c4f9831b63a44d.jpg In terms of core configuration, the Huawei P70 series is powered by the Kirin 9000S platform. The standard version features an OV50H primary rear camera, while the high-end version boasts a Sony IMX989 primary rear camera. The entire series comes with a variable aperture and supports two-way satellite communication.

According to industry insiders, the P70 series may adopt a strategy similar to the Mate 60 series, foregoing a dedicated launch event and instead going directly online through the Pioneer Program.

Publicly available information shows that Huawei announced the Mate 60 series in an unusual manner last August, officially dubbing it the "Mate 60 Series Pioneer Program."

Since its launch, the Mate 60 series has been highly sought after by consumers, with demand still outstripping supply four months after its release, with third-party channels even selling at a premium. Now, as the P70 series gears up for release, Huawei's new flagship is poised to achieve success comparable to the Mate 60 series once again. s_ec2a3151f54c45bc8a924effa158abf8.jpg On the left is the P70 Pro, and on the right is the P70 Standard version.
