Thermaltake has unveiled its latest offering, the MS-1 M.2 SSD cooler, designed specifically for PCIe 5.0 SSDs.

The new cooler features high-quality aluminum heat sinks for rapid and uniform heat dissipation. With its eight-fin design, it ensures efficient airflow, resulting in exceptional cooling performance. s_4faff6bbe04d4ff0855a4c61fb598feb.png The MS-1 M.2 SSD heatsink comes equipped with an 8000 RPM micro fan for optimal active cooling performance, guiding airflow through the heatsink at 0.44 CFM and 1.6 mm-H2O static pressure, generating a mere 16 decibels of noise.

Additionally, it features 6mm direct-touch heat pipes that extend throughout the aluminum heatsink module to efficiently transfer heat. Thermal pads are placed between both sides of the SSD, ensuring contact with the bottom and backplate.

Official testing data for the MS-1 M.2 SSD heatsink is also provided, paired with an Intel T700 PCIe 5.0 SSD. Results from CrystalDiskMark and HWiNFO display performance and temperature metrics, revealing a loaded temperature of 77°C, significantly better than the SSD's native passive cooling at 84°C, and even outperforming a third-party active cooling solution at 81°C. s_7ff11e9b9e2a47428729dbbc28a24aac.png
