According to the source evleaks, Motorola is set to launch the all-new razr 50 5G and razr 50 Ultra 5G in certain markets, possibly naming them as "Motorola razr 2024".
Renderings of these two phones were unveiled yesterday, sparking widespread interest. The razr 50 5G is said to start at 899 euros, while the razr 50 Ultra 5G is priced at 1200 euros.
Motorola Razr 50 5G features a MediaTek Dimensity 7300X processor clocked at 2.5GHz, a 6.9-inch POLED display with a resolution of 1080x2640, a 120Hz refresh rate, SGS low blue light certification, and SGS low motion blur certification. It also includes a secondary 3.63-inch POLED display, a rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and is available with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The device is powered by a 4200mAh battery.
Motorola Razr 50 Ultra 5G features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 processor, a 6.9-inch POLED display with a resolution of 1080x2640, a 165Hz refresh rate, SGS low blue light certification, SGS low motion blur certification, a secondary 4-inch POLED display, a rear camera with a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and is available with up to 12+512GB storage capacity. The phone is powered by a 4000mAh battery.
As a comparison, the previous generation razr 40 Ultra was equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 processor, featuring a 6.9-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2640x1080, supporting a 144Hz refresh rate. It had a 3.6-inch secondary screen, supported DC dimming, SGS eye protection certification, dual rear cameras (12MP main and 13MP wide-angle), a 3800mAh battery, and supported 30W wired charging and 5W wireless charging. The highest storage configuration available was 12+512GB.
