The Snapdragon 7+ Gen3, dubbed the "mini 8 Gen3," is making waves with its impressive specs. This time around, Qualcomm has surprised us by giving the 7-series chipset the same architecture and fabrication process as the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen3. This brings a significant performance boost.
Specifically, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen3 packs 1 X4 ultra-high-performance core, 5 A720 high-performance cores, and 2 A520 efficiency cores. While the clock speeds are admittedly lower than the Snapdragon 8 Gen3, it's still equipped with the Adreno 732 GPU. This combination results in an AnTuTu benchmark score of around 1.7 million points, comparable to the Snapdragon 8 Gen2.
Compared to the Snapdragon 8 Series, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen3 offers enhanced battery life and better thermal management.
Additionally, the OnePlus Ace 3V will feature OnePlus's proprietary "Tidal Architecture" technology. This technology has been meticulously fine-tuned to match flagship capabilities and deeply integrated at the chip level, resulting in a comprehensive performance boost.
