As announced at the product launch event on March 21st, Xiaomi unveiled the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro, a flagship-level device in terms of design, performance, and imaging. It is the most powerful model in the Xiaomi Civi series to date.
Notably, the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro is the first Xiaomi smartphone outside its flagship lineup to feature a Leica imaging system, boasting three Leica-engineered lenses for the first time.
The main camera is equipped with the Xiaomi 14 Pro's renowned Sony IMX800 sensor. It features a large 1/1.55-inch sensor, 2.0μm pixel size, an impressive 13.2EV dynamic range, and an f/1.63 aperture, providing the highest light intake in the Xiaomi Civi series.
It is well-known that an ultra-high dynamic range produces photos with more accurate colors and richer light and shadow details. Leica's imaging prowess lies in its exceptional handling of light and shadow. The fusion of these two elements enhances photos with a stronger narrative.
The Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro also features Xiaomi Image Brain 3.0, the same AI computing photography platform as Xiaomi's flagship 14 Ultra—Xiaomi AISP.
Additionally, the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro boasts the same "Master Portrait" function as the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, utilizing a large portrait model in conjunction with AI GAN pixel-level skin rejuvenation technology to seamlessly correct obvious imperfections in real time.
