On May 11th, blogger Digital Chat Station exposed the detailed specifications of the vivo X100s.

Specifically, the vivo X100s features a 1.5K straight screen with a 6.78-inch display, a resolution of 2800x1260, debuting with the Dimensity 9300+ chip. It boasts a 32-megapixel front camera, a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 64-megapixel periscope lens. It supports 3x optical zoom, with the highest configuration offering 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The battery capacity is 5100mAh, supporting 100W fast charging. It has a thickness of 7.8mm and weighs 203g.

One of the most anticipated features is the Dimensity 9300+, which is the most powerful chip in the Android camp.

The Dimensity 9300+ adopts TSMC's third-generation 4nm advanced process and MediaTek's second-generation innovative flagship packaging design. It continues the groundbreaking all-big-core CPU architecture of the Dimensity 9300, with 4 Cortex-X4 super-large cores and 4 Cortex-A720 large cores. The Cortex-X4 super-large core can reach a maximum frequency of 3.4GHz, fully unleashing the robust performance of the all-big-core CPU architecture.

In terms of GPU, the Dimensity 9300+ integrates the flagship-grade Immortalis-G720 GPU, providing users with the performance foundation for an ultimate gaming experience.

In benchmark tests, the vivo X100s scored over 2.3 million on AnTuTu, making it the only Android device in the industry to surpass this mark.
