April 18th News - According to Digital Chat Station, it is confirmed that the Vivo X100 Ultra will be launched this May, marking it as potentially the most powerful imaging flagship in the history of the Vivo X series. Digital Chat Station describes it as a "portable camera that can make calls."

Among the top five domestic smartphone manufacturers in China, the Vivo X100 Ultra is the latest addition to the Ultra series.

Prior to this, models such as the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, OPPO Find X7 Ultra, Honor Magic6 Ultimate Edition, and Huawei Pura 70 Ultra have been successively released. With the arrival of the Vivo X100 Ultra, the competition among these domestic imaging flagships has entered a fierce stage.

It is reported that the Vivo X100 Ultra will feature a triple rear camera setup, including a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens equipped with a Zeiss APO telephoto lens, supporting up to 200x digital zoom.

Additionally, the primary rear camera of the X100 Ultra will be upgraded to the Sony LYT900, featuring a complete 1-inch large sensor with a pixel count of 50 million and a single pixel size of 1.6μm.

Compared to the IMX989, the LYT900 consumes 43% less power, with a dynamic range expanded to 14EV, which is 9.5 times that of the IMX989, ensuring the retention of richer details in both highlights and shadows.

In terms of core specifications, the Vivo X100 Ultra will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 mobile platform, coupled with a Samsung 2K E7 center-punch AMOLED curved display, supporting 1-120Hz LTPO and 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. s_97ff1fd36f8f409c9be5a344da43fdcf.jpg
