News from March 17 reveals that the powertrain details of the latest addition to the Tank 300 family, the Tank 300 Hi4-T, have been leaked online.
Reportedly, the new vehicle will feature a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 2.0T engine and a P2 electric motor.
Based on the previous declaration from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Tank 300 Hi4-T continues the styling design of the fuel version, with little difference from the regular model. It still features the classic square-box design with round headlights paired with horizontal grille, exuding a retro vibe.
The dimensions of the vehicle are 476019301903 millimeters, with a wheelbase of 2750 millimeters and a curb weight of 2.6 tons, equipped with towing capabilities.
In terms of configuration, the Tank 300 Hi4-T will also offer optional features such as streaming rearview mirrors and electric side steps.
In terms of power, the Tank 300 Hi4-T will feature a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 2.0T engine and a P2 electric motor, delivering a maximum power of 185 kilowatts.
As for the range, the new vehicle will be equipped with a battery capacity of 37.11 kilowatt-hours, providing a pure electric range of 105 kilometers according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), which remains consistent with the Tank 400 Hi4-T.
The Tank 300 Hi4-T, being a hybrid model, will offer consumers a better driving experience and lower operating costs after its release.
