On April 17th, according to leaks from a digital chatter site, it's been revealed that this month, the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro will enter the internal testing phase. Following the strategy of the previous generation, the standard version of this series is a 1.5K compact flagship, while the Pro version is a 2K large-screen flagship. Among them, the Xiaomi 15 is the world's first Snapdragon 8 Gen4 compact flagship.
It's reported that the Xiaomi 15 series will feature a brand-new periscope zoom solution and support ultrasonic screen fingerprint recognition. The entire series will come standard with a new generation of high-density silicon material batteries, with a main camera of 50 million pixels supplied by Hoya.
This internal testing phase will mainly focus on testing the performance of the Xiaomi 15's new periscope lens solution and ultrasonic screen fingerprint recognition.
Of utmost industry attention is the debut of the Xiaomi 15 series featuring the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen4 platform. This marks Qualcomm's first 3nm mobile chip, heralding the arrival of the 3nm era for the Android camp.
