(March 20 update) The new Changan UNI-V, the all-new Yidong, and the third-generation CS75 PLUS Champion Edition were officially launched tonight.

Among them, the third-generation CS75 PLUS Champion Edition offers three models, with prices ranging from $17,000 to $19,500 USD. A limited-time discount brings the starting price down to $15,300 USD. The new vehicle comes standard with an L2-level intelligent driving system and an 8AT transmission.

Similar to BYD's Honor Edition, the price of the Changan CS75 PLUS Championship Edition has been further reduced, with the starting price of the Championship Edition model being lowered by 0.80,000 CNY compared to the standard version's price range of 117,900-154,900 CNY.

The front face of the new car uses a new borderless Xinghan grille, and the internal mesh has also been replaced with a more three-dimensional parallelogram design, which appears wider.

Below the license plate frame is a millimeter-wave radar that comes standard on all models with L2-level assisted driving, which also gives the new car a sense of technology.

The cabin design stays in line with the current model, with dual linked screens, a panoramic sunroof, and integrated sport seats as standard, while the electronic parking brake, drive mode switch, and gear selector design all boast a high level of detail and quality.

Body and Dimensions

The rear and sides remain unchanged. As a reference, the current model measures 4710/1865/1710mm with a wheelbase of 2710mm, putting it in the compact SUV segment.

Powertrain

The Champion Edition offers two engine options: 1.5T and 2.0T, with power parameters unchanged from the current model.

• 1.5T four-cylinder engine: 188hp and 300Nm
• 2.0T four-cylinder engine: 233hp and 390Nm

Both engines are paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

Value Proposition

The starting price of the Champion Edition has been reduced to ￥109,900 during a limited-time promotion. Additionally, L2-level assisted driving is standard across the lineup. This combination of safety features and affordability gives the长安CS75 PLUS Champion Edition a competitive edge over similar domestic models.
