News from March 15th, Intel has finally launched the unprecedented 6.2GHz high-frequency limited edition i9-14900KS, and it hit the Chinese market right away with a price tag of 6299 CNY.
Before this, the launching price for the 12th generation i9-12900KS was 5699 CNY, and the i9-13900KS went up to 5999 CNY. This generation saw another increase of 300 CNY, truly a “stable” trend.
Moreover, the original selling price of the i9-14900K was 4999 CNY, which has now dropped to 4399 CNY.
The i9-14900KS is a whopping 1900 CNY more expensive compared to it. Do you think paying this much more for an increase of 200MHz in frequency is worth it?
