On March 27th, photos of the new BYD Qin L were leaked online, showing the real and unadulterated vehicle. It's reported that this car is positioned as an entry-level mid-size sedan, falling between the Qin PLUS and the Han models. The vehicle has already been submitted for approval, with dimensions measuring 483019001495 millimeters and a wheelbase of 2790 millimeters. It features BYD's iconic "Dragon Eye" headlights and a larger grille, with a bright design accentuating the beam above the logo, reminiscent of the styling seen in the Song L model. s_4e0d9704643344a1b20677032f167829.jpg The side features a standard sedan design, equipped with traditional-style door handles rather than the often criticized hidden ones. The taillights feature a cohesive design language, adopting the latest "Chinese knot" style seen in other BYD models. On both sides, the lights are integrated with this motif. Additionally, the tailgate proudly displays the BYD logo along with the markings for DM-i and Qin L models. 46c39b94-1c82-4975-b029-eed1c121c9f3.jpg

It continues the family-style design of the current BYD model, featuring a two-tone color scheme that exudes a decent sense of luxury. The car is equipped with a newly styled multifunction steering wheel, retaining a sufficient number of physical buttons. The central control screen remains an adaptive floating pad, while also incorporating an electronic crystal gear lever. The Qin L will come with two different capacity batteries, 10.08kWh and 15.87kWh respectively. These correspond to pure electric ranges of 60km and 90km, with electricity consumption per hundred kilometers being 3.8L and 3.98L respectively.
