April 17th - Tesla has recently made layoffs across various departments in its China sector, with sales personnel being the most severely affected.

A store clerk from Tesla stated that although layoffs are underway, there will be no impact on consumers, as the layoffs are merely internal structural adjustments.

According to employees from the sales department, the majority of those laid off were new hires who had been with the company for less than six months.

Per company policy, these employees will receive compensation based on a "0.5N+3" standard. Due to Tesla's relatively high base salary, the compensation amount for each laid-off employee is estimated to be between 40,000 and 50,000 yuan.

Another laid-off Tesla employee revealed that the layoffs began unfolding in the afternoon of April 16th. Employees received their termination notices and completed the related procedures.

These employees will receive "N+3" compensation, which means they will receive corresponding settlements. The layoff rate in this employee's department reached 20%, and the layoffs have been fully executed. s_190ad16866a1480880ccceb8efabc13d.jpg
