On March 18th, it was reported by the media that Tesla had adjusted the prices of the Model Y in both the North American and European markets.

In response, Tesla China stated: "Currently, there is no further clear information on whether the domestic market prices will follow suit with the recent adjustments."

Based on previously disclosed information, the Model Y's price in the North American market is set to increase by $1000 on April 1st, while in the European market, it will increase by €2000 on March 22nd.

Elon Musk mentioned that this price increase is part of Tesla's "seasonal" policy, as demand for electric vehicles is lower in the winter, prompting a $1000 decrease in the Model Y's price in the North American market previously. This current price hike is seen as a correction.

For reference, the current price range of Tesla Model Y in the domestic market is ¥258,900 to ¥363,900.

On March 17th, the official launched the "Upgrade Your Car Benefits" campaign for the Model Y HW 3.0, with discounts ranging from ¥7,800 to ¥10,900, while the Tesla Model Y HW 4.0 offers a ¥8,000 insurance subsidy. s_9238f453d9df44a9ad44cd8d06acb9d4.png
