On May 2nd, Tencent Auto released its April sales data, selling 11,122 vehicles, a 5.7% increase compared to the same period last year. The cumulative sales for 2024 reached 35,067 vehicles.

Tencent D9 continues to lead the market for luxury MPVs priced above 300,000 RMB, securing the top spot in monthly MPV sales across the market. In March this year, the 2024 Tengshi D9 was officially launched, with 8 models available, priced between 339,800 to 469,800 yuan.

Compared to the previous model, the 2024 Tengshi D9 has undergone 7 major interior upgrades, including standard anti-pinch electric suction doors across the range, a 6.0-inch touchscreen for the second row, quick adjustment keys for the second-row seats, dual small tables for the second row, anti-fouling streaming media rearview mirror, an upgraded 7.5L compressor-type refrigerator that supports locking and insulation for 12 hours, and an upgraded front passenger seat with height and lumbar support adjustments in 4 directions.
