Starting from 231,900 yuan! Tesla China lowers prices across Model Y/S/X/3 lineup

On April 21st, Tesla China announced price reductions across its Model Y/S/X/3 lineup, with prices starting from 231,900 yuan.

Before the price cut in the Chinese market, Tesla's Model Y, S, and X in the United States had already been reduced by $2,000.

It's been a tough week for Tesla shareholders, with the stock price falling every day, totaling a decline of about 14.03% for the week, and a drop of over 40% since the beginning of this year.

Of note, Elon Musk recently stated in an internal email to employees that Tesla will cut more than 10% of its global workforce to reduce costs and improve productivity.

Based on Tesla's global workforce, this round of layoffs will affect over 14,000 employees.
