On May 28th, according to reports, the Lantu FREE 318 model, based on the Lantu FREE design, will start pre-sale on May 30th.
The smart cockpit interaction experience of this car includes three screens: instrument display, central control screen, and passenger entertainment screen. The central control screen adopts a new card-style layout, displaying maps, music, and multi-functional cards on the homepage, supporting navigation, music playback, and weather information display.
The multifunctional page provides quick access to the personal center, phone, settings, videos, Huawei HiCar, and dashcam, achieving "zero-level interaction, zero difficulty in getting started."
The entertainment screen for the co-driver also adopts a card layout, with the top half featuring quick access to movies and TV shows, and the bottom part containing shortcuts to entertainment apps, including iQIYI, Tencent Listen, Cloud Listen, Ximalaya, karaoke, and wireless screen mirroring.
In terms of appearance, the Lantu FREE 318 builds on the family design with the addition of a "Titanium Crystal Grey" paint, complemented by black five-spoke wheels and red sport calipers on the side of the car.
The dimensions of the car are 4905mm in length, 1950mm in width, 1660/1645mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2960mm, and a top speed of 180km/h.
The powertrain consists of a single motor dual-drive version, with a maximum net power of 110kW for the engine and a peak power of 200kW for the drive motor.
