On April 15th, according to an announcement from the official WeChat account of Shenzhen, the first cross-sea low-altitude commercial air route in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was officially launched on April 12th.

This route utilizes SF Express's "Fengzhou 90" unmanned aerial vehicle, featuring a quadcopter fixed-wing design. With a maximum takeoff weight of 95 kilograms, it can carry a payload of 20 kilograms for up to 65 kilometers at a cruising speed of 30m/s, boasting IP54 protection. s_ac12eac54bb247a193633475f8297ae0.jpg The drone soars over the South China Sea, needing just around 45 minutes to fly from Shekou Port in Shenzhen to Hongchang Logistics Park in Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan City, covering a distance of 71.7 kilometers. This establishes an "air corridor" between the two locations.

During the trial operation of the "Shenzhen-Zhongshan" commercial logistics route, an average of 10 flights per day are scheduled. The frequency will be adjusted based on operational demand in the future. 8332e44c-4878-464a-946f-ef665eb45400.png The current service scope mainly covers light and small items, with a maximum weight of <10 kilograms and dimensions <0.60.40.3 meters (lengthwidthheight). The service hours are from Monday to Saturday, 9:00-18:00 (excluding extreme weather conditions and airspace restrictions).

The pricing scheme includes a base price, additional weight charges, and distance-based fees. The current limited-time promotional price is a flat rate of 40 CNY.

Through an efficient transportation model of "instant response + drone delivery + door-to-door delivery," the cross-city delivery service from Shenzhen to Zhongshan achieves a delivery time of 4 hours.
