On March 9th, preparations for the dynamic acceptance of the Zhuangzhai to Lankao South section of the newly built Rizhao to Lankao High-Speed Railway (hereinafter referred to as the Rizhao-Lankao HSR) officially began.

The Rizhao-Lankao HSR is a regional connector in China's "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" high-speed railway network, stretching 494 kilometers with a design speed of 350 km/h.

The section from Rizhao West to Zhuangzhai of the Rizhao-Lankao HSR is already in operation. The Zhuangzhai to Lankao South section extends for 47.86 kilometers. After leaving Zhuangzhai Station in Shandong Province, it crosses into Lankao and Minquan Counties in Henan Province, connecting to the Xulan High-Speed Railway at Lankao South Station, and is managed by the China Railway Zhengzhou Group Co., Ltd.

With the full operation of the Rizhao-Lankao HSR, Shandong and Henan provinces will gain another rapid passenger transport corridor, further facilitating travel for residents along the route.

In December last year, the Jinan to Zhengzhou section of the Jinan to Zhengzhou High-Speed Railway was opened, marking the full operational connectivity of the Jinan-Zhengzhou HSR.

The Jinan-Zhengzhou HSR starts from Jinan West Station, passing through Jinan and Liaocheng in Shandong Province, and Puyang, Anyang, Xinxiang, and Zhengzhou in Henan Province, ending at Zhengzhou East Station. The route is 407 kilometers long with a design speed of 350 km/h. s_9ac21054bd4542ee9dec51ddb9850671.jpg
