Seven Corporations Including Lenovo Jointly Release 7 Major Incentive Plans for AI Developers, Opening Registration Channel

On April 18th, the AI Terminal Industry Ecology Innovation Forum was successfully held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. At the forum, Lenovo, in collaboration with the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, jointly initiated the preparation of the industry's first AI terminal industry ecology alliance with leading companies in the industry. Among the first batch of co-sponsors of the alliance, Lenovo, Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, Alibaba Cloud, Baidu AI Cloud, and Baichuan Intelligence jointly announced the launch of the AI Application Developers Joint Incentive Plan (First Batch), providing seven major support and incentive measures for AI application developers, and opening the registration channel. The seven major incentive initiatives include: an innovation and entrepreneurship award for outstanding developers exceeding 5 million yuan; AI application development tools and resource support valued over 100 million yuan, including free terminal adaptation and intelligent entity integration technical support, product promotion and traffic support valued at 100 million yuan, and promotional activities exposure support covering over 1 billion people; consumer subsidies and profit-sharing rebates valued at 200 million yuan.

It is worth mentioning that among these incentives, Lenovo Ventures has announced a cumulative investment of 20 billion yuan in the AI terminal industry ecosystem to accelerate the development of the AI terminal industry chain, including AI PCs. The investment will cover areas such as terminal AI computing power, large models and service platforms serving AI application developers, AI-native applications including intelligent entities, and new AI terminal species.

The AI Application Developer Joint Incentive Program registration opened the same day. Developers simply need to fill out a registration form, stating their clear entrepreneurial demands and desired incentives.
