Recently, the "Dreaming through Science, Blossoming with Excellence" themed academician science popularization lecture was held at Ciqu Middle School in Tongzhou District, Beijing. Dr. Kuang Tingyun, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a researcher at the Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, delivered a science popularization lecture to the school's teachers and students.

Under the theme "Photosynthesis and Intelligent Plant Factories: Subverting Traditional Agriculture's Strategic Industry," Kuang Tingyun introduced the mechanism and regulation principles of photosynthesis and fully automated plant factories to the faculty and students. Through videos, he virtually guided them into an "intelligent plant factory," unraveling the mysteries of photosynthesis and explaining the strategic significance of plant factories across various fields.
In his concluding remarks, Kuang Tingyun said, "We increasingly realize that technological innovation is closely linked to the future and destiny of our country.
