As a professional athlete, Zhu Songwei believes that sports injuries are a systemic issue, and when injuries occur, professional support must be sought promptly to receive proper treatment and advice.
Gao Feng pointed out that scientific sports should follow principles of moderation, gradual progression, balance, and personalization. Ye En suggested that the choice of equipment and protective gear for repairing sports injuries is also crucial, as it determines whether sports recovery can be effectively completed.
