Reportedly, the Samsung Galaxy C55 offers two color options: Chic Black and Vibrant Orange, both adorned with a leather back cover and plastic edges.
In terms of performance, the new smartphone is equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen1 processor, crafted by Samsung using a 4nm process. It features one Cortex-A710 big core clocked at 2.5GHz, three Cortex-A710 big cores clocked at 2.36GHz each, and four Cortex-A510 small cores clocked at 1.8GHz.
It also boasts a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED+ display with FHD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a brightness of 1000 nits HBM.
In terms of camera capabilities, the Galaxy C55 features a 50-megapixel OIS main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. It supports 4K video recording and is accompanied by a 50-megapixel front-facing camera for high-resolution selfies.
In addition, the new smartphone is equipped with a 5000mAh battery, supports 45W fast charging, and microSD storage expansion. Its dimensions are 163.9x76.5x7.8mm, weighing 180 grams.
The Samsung Galaxy C55 will go on sale starting April 26 at midnight. The 8GB+256GB version will be priced at 1999 yuan, while the 12GB+256GB version will be priced at 2299 yuan.
